When you fill out the quote form or write to us, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone, building type and message. We also collect basic browsing data for statistics.
Why we use it
- Respond to your requests and prepare your quote.
- Deliver our inspection and maintenance services.
- Manage your access to the Canuck360 client portal.
- Reach you about your equipment and deadlines.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with our own systems (including the Canuck360 portal) and the providers needed to deliver the service, never for resale or third-party advertising.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, then we securely destroy it.
Your rights (Law 25)
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Request corrections.
- Withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to our legal obligations.
- File a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access and disclosure.
